摘　　要：目前,政府投资的高校基建项目采用代建制模式管理方式,是教育领域基本建设的普遍项目管理模式。文章介绍了传统高校基建管理模式存在的弊端,以及代建制管理模式应用于高校基建项目管理的优势,分析了现阶段代建制管理模式在高校项目管理中存在的不足,并提出了相应的优化对策,以供参考。At present,the government-invested university capital construction projects adopt the agent construction management mode,which is a common project management mode in the capital construction in the education field.This paper introduces the disadvantages of traditional university capital construction management mode and the advantages of applying agent construction management mode to university capital construction project management,analyzes the shortcomings of agent construction management mode in university project management at present,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies for reference.
