摘  要:随着国家越来越重视建筑墙体的绿色环保和建筑节能问题,一些新型墙体材料不断被研发出来,对墙体建筑工程的施工质量提出了更高的要求。其中,EPS新型墙体材料的研发集合了节能环保和保护环境的理念,采用可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒经加热发泡后而制得的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料型材或构件用于墙体建设,普遍具有保温隔热性能好、抗震性能优良、施工建造速度快及防潮防渗等特点。为促进EPS模块建筑墙体在福建地区的推广与应用,顺利保障其施工质量,文章从材料控制管理、传热系数设计管理、人员管理、绿色施工管理和施工安装管理等方面探讨了施工质量管理的必要性,并提出有针对性的解决措施,以期为实际工程提供参考。As the country pays more and more attention to the green environmental protection and building energy conservation of building walls,some new wall materials are constantly being developed,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction quality of wall construction projects.Among them,the research and development of new EPS wall materials integrates the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection.The polystyrene foam plastic materials or components prepared by heating and foaming of expandable polystyrene particles are used for wall construction,which generally have the characteristics such as good thermal insulation performance,excellent seismic performance,fast construction speed and moisture resistance and seepage prevention.In order to promote the popularization and application of EPS module building wall in Fujian region and ensure its construction quality smoothly, the necessity of construction quality management is discussed from the aspects of material control management, heat transfer coefficient design management, personnel management, green construction management and construction installation management, and targeted solutions are proposed to provide reference for practical projects.
