摘  要:目的基于核心能力构建适宜中低资源地区护理本科的循证实践教学指标体系。方法通过文献回顾、2轮德尔菲法专家函询和AHP层次分析确立基于核心能力适宜中低资源地区护理本科循证实践教学指标体系。结果2轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%。肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.443和0.342。基于核心能力构建的适宜中低资源地区护理本科循证实践教学指标体系包含8项一级指标,21项二级指标和42项三级指标。结论基于核心能力构建适宜中低资源地区护理本科循证实践教学指标体系科学可靠,对护理循证教学建设具有参考意义。Objective To construct an evidence-based practice teaching index system for nursing undergraduates in low-to-medium resource areas based on core competency.Methods After literature review,the draft of the evidence-based practice teaching index system for nursing undergraduates was formed.Seventeen nursing experts were consulted by letter using two rounds of Delphi method.The?analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to identify the weight of each index.Results The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert letter questionnaires was 100%.The Kendall concordance coefficient(W)of expert letters was 0.443 and 0.342 respectively.The final index system consisted of 8 first-level,21 second-level and 42 third-level indicators.Conclusion The evidence-based practice teaching index system for nursing undergraduates in low-to-medium resource areas based on core competency is scientific and reliable,which can provide reference for the development of evidence-based nursing practice teaching in low-and medium-resource areas.
