摘　　要：目的编制直肠癌保肛术后患者盆底康复训练知信行问卷,并进行信效度检验。方法以知信行理论为基础,通过文献回顾、访谈法以及专家函询形成初始问卷,调查404例直肠癌保肛术后患者,进行项目分析和信效度检验。结果探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,28个条目,问卷累计解释变量为72.373%,内容效度指数为0.952,Cronbachα系数为0.959。结论直肠癌保肛术后盆底康复训练知信行问卷信效度良好,可用于直肠癌保肛术后患者盆底康复训练知识、态度、行为现状评估。Objective To development a knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)questionnaire of pelvic floor rehabilitation training for patients after rectal-preserving treatment of rectal cancer and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the theory of KAP,404 patients with rectal cancer after anus preservation operation were investigated by the questionnaire formed through literature review,interview and expert consultations.Item analysis and reliability and validity test were performed.Results The explanatory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors and 28 items.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 72.373%;the content validity index 0.952,and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient 0.959.Conclusion The KAP questionnaire of pelvic floor rehabilitation training for patients with rectal cancer after anus preservation surgery has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the KAP of pelvic floor rehabilitation training in patients with rectal cancer after anus preservation surgery.
