摘 要:由Q235钢和Q345钢制作的新型环保焊接锚垫板可以替代受力性能差、造价高、能耗高的传统铸造锚垫板。为研究焊接锚垫板锚下混凝土锚固区极限承载力、破坏形态及裂缝宽度,采用微机控制四柱压力机对11个配置螺旋式间接钢筋的混凝土局部受压试件进行锚固区传力性能试验。结果表明,预应力混凝土锚固区极限承载力实测值明显大于计算值,焊接锚垫板喇叭管直径的增大会降低预应力混凝土锚固区的极限承载力,焊接锚垫板底板厚度的增加会提高预应力混凝土锚固区极限承载力。基于试验结果,提出了考虑焊接锚垫板喇叭管直径和底板厚度影响的焊接锚垫板锚下混凝土极限承载力计算公式。Casting anchor plate has the disadvantages of poor mechanical performance,high cost and high energy consumption,so a new environmental protection anchor plate is needed to replace it.At present,a new welded anchor plate made of Q235 steel and Q345 steel can replace the traditional cast anchor plate.In order to study the load transfer performance of concrete anchorage zone under welded anchor plate,such as the ultimate bearing capacity,failure mode and crack width of the specimens,a microcomputer controlled four-column press is used to carry out the load transfer performance tests on 11 partial compression concrete specimens with screw type indirect reinforcing bars.The experimental results show that the measured value of the ultimate bearing capacity of the prestressed concrete anchorage zone is obviously larger than the calculated value,the increase of the diameter of the horn tube of the welded anchor plate will reduce the ultimate bearing capacity of the prestressed concrete anchorage zone,and the increase of the thickness of the welded anchor plate bottom plate will increase the ultimate bearing capacity of the prestressed concrete anchorage zone.Based on the test results,a formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete under anchor of welded anchor pads is proposed,considering the influence of the diameter of horn tube and the thickness of bottom plate.
