摘  要:微生物土体改良技术就是利用微生物的新陈代谢作用,诱导生成矿物沉淀或生物膜,从而改变土体结构,改善土体的物理力学性能。为帮助岩土工作者更加全面地了解该技术,综述了微生物土体改良技术所涉及的微生物作用机理,分析了该技术的影响因素,归纳了技术的应用情况,并讨论了未来的研究方向。主要结论为:微生物土体改良技术主要运用微生物矿化作用改良土体;其影响因素众多,影响指标的确定尚未形成完整的体系;该技术虽已在土体加固、防渗封堵等多个领域得到应用,但研究仍处于起步阶段,尚未进行大规模实际运用。There are large numbers of bacteria,fungi and other microorganisms in soil,and the presence of microorganisms affects the physical and mechanical properties of rock and soil.The microbial soil improvement technology is used for metabolism of microorganisms to induce mineral precipitation or biofilm.Thereby,it􀆳s necessary to change the soil structure and improve the physical and mechanical properties of the soil.In order to help geotechnical workers understand the technology more comprehensively,based on literature research,the microbial action mechanism involved in the microbial soil improvement technology is introduced.In addition,the influencing factors of the technology are analyzed and the applications of the technology are summarized.Future research directions are discussed with the following conclusions.Microbial mineralization can improve the physical and mechanical properties of the soil in the microbial soil improvement technology.In the technology there are many influencing factors.The determination of the impact indicators does not yet form a complete system.Although this technology is applied in many such fields as soil reinforcement,seepage prevention and plugging,its research is still in early stages and so large-scale practical application is expected.
