摘 要:利用合理的数值计算方法分析隧道围岩-支护结构相互关系是保证数值计算结果准确性的关键。基于收敛-约束法提出隧道数值模型的支护结构约束效应,并分析了其影响因素。基于FLAC3D开发可破裂式支护模型,同时开展室内试验进行验证,分析了宝山隧道围岩及支护结构破坏演化规律,并与现场监测数据进行对比,对该方法进行验证。结果表明:在利用二维隧道模型计算时,考虑到支护结构约束效应产生的虚拟支护力,将支护结构支护力提高最大支护力的2%~3%;在采用三维隧道模型计算时应考虑边界效应,其影响范围约为1.5倍隧道跨度。通过宝山隧道数值计算结果与监测数据对比发现,考虑支护结构约束效应的数值计算结果更加符合工程实际,并且可破断式支护模型能够反映支护结构的应力及破坏演化规律,为准确评价隧道工程稳定性提供支撑。The key to ensure the accuracy of numerical calculation results is to use reasonable numerical calculation method to analyze the relationship between rock and support.Based on convergence-confinement method,the confinement effect of supporting is put forward,and the influence is analyzed.Based on FLAC3D,the rupturable support model is developed and validated by laboratory tests.The failure evolution law of surrounding rock and support structure of Baoshan tunnel is analyzed,and the method is verified by comparing with field monitoring data.The results show that the virtual support force generated by the constraint effect of the support structure should be taken into account when the two-dimensional tunnel model is used for calculation,and the supporting force should be increased by 2%-3%of the maximum.The boundary effect should be considered when using the three-dimensional model,and its influence range is about 1.5 times the tunnel span.By comparing the numerical calculation results of Baoshan tunnel with the monitoring data,it is found that the numerical calculation results if considering the constraint effect of the supporting structure are more consistent with the engineering practice,and the breakable support model can reflect the stress and failure evolution law,which can provide support for the accurate evaluation of the stability of tunnel engineering.
