摘  要:随着国家对农村建设的愈加关注,近些年来陇东地区农宅的结构形式已经逐渐发生了变化,砖混结构成为主要的结构形式。但是受限于经济和技术水平,这些新建砖混结构农宅普遍存在保温隔热性能差的问题,这与十四五建筑节能与绿色建筑发展规划和双碳目标的理念相矛盾。基于此,首先对陇东地区的气候和地理环境进行了解析,随后在对陇东地区砖混结构住宅现状深入调研的基础上分析了这类农宅能耗大的主要原因,最后从建筑规划整体布局、单体建筑设计及外围护结构构造等方面探讨了降低陇东地区农村砖混结构住宅冬季能耗的有效措施。With the increasing attention paid by the country to rural construction,the structural form of rural houses in Longdong region has gradually changed in recent years,with brick-concrete structures becoming the main structural form.However,due to economic and technological limitations,these newly built brick-concrete structure rural houses generally have poor insulation performance,which contradicts the concept of energy-saving and green building development planning and dual carbon goals in the 14th Five Year Plan.Based on this,the climate and geographical environment of Longdong region were analyzed first.Then,based on in-depth research on the current situation of brick concrete structure residential buildings in Longdong region,the main reasons for the high energy consumption of these types of rural residential buildings were analyzed.Finally,effective measures to reduce winter energy consumption of brick-concrete structure residential buildings in Longdong region were explored from the aspects of overall layout of building planning,individual building design,and external enclosure structure construction.
