摘 要:拉美地区沥青道路结构主要采用水泥稳定粒料作为底基层,但该地区受亚马逊气候影响,水泥粒料稳定底基层易产生干缩、温缩等裂缝。为了解决这一问题,在水泥稳定底基层施工中引入预裂技术。以玻利维亚尤库莫至圣博尔哈公路项目为例,阐述了预裂技术在路拌水泥稳定底基层中的工程应用并依据弯沉值对其实施效果进行评价。应用结果表明:预裂技术有效抑制了玻利维亚地区水泥稳定底基层裂缝的产生与发展,有助于提升公路服役年限,可大范围推广。The asphalt road structure in Latin America mainly uses cement stabilized granule as the base,but this region is affected by the climate of Amazon,and the cement stabilized granule base is easy to produce cracks such as dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage.In order to solve this problem,the precracking technology is introduced in the construction of cement stabilized base.Taking the road project from Yukumo to SAN Borja in Bolivia as an example,the application of pre-cracking technology in the stable base of road mixed cement is described and its effect is evaluated according to the bending value.The application results show that the precracking technology effectively inhibits the generation and development of cracks in cement stable base in Bolivia,helps to extend the service life of the highway,and can be widely popularized.
