摘　　要：随着我国高速铁路技术的发展以及高速铁路建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,中国高铁已经成为我国“走出去”的一张靓丽名片。中国高铁凭借实力在世界赢得声誉,这张金色名片正在加快走出去的步伐。越来越多的“一带一路”沿线国家积极与我国合作加强基础设施建设。为了能够更好地让中国高铁服务于世界各国人民,融入到国际高铁大家庭中,就欧盟国家铁路相关法律法规以及欧盟铁路互联互通相关准入标准及准入认证进行了分析,并对相关欧盟准入规定条款做了举例剖析。With the development of China’s high-speed railway technology and the construction of high-speed railway has made remarkable achievements,China’s high-speed railway has become a beautiful business card of China’s“going out”.China’s high-speed rail has won a reputation in the world with its strength,and this golden business card is speeding up the pace of going out.More and more countries along the Belt and Road are actively cooperating with China to strengthen infrastructure construction.In order to better enable China’s high-speed rail to serve the people of all countries in the world and integrate into the international high-speed rail family,this paper analyzes the relevant laws and regulations of European Union railways and the relevant access standards and access certification of European Union railway interconnection,and gives an example analysis of relevant EU access provisions.
