摘　　要：传统的建筑业中长期存在着生产效率低下、质量可靠性差、能源消耗高、环境污染严重及资源利用率低等问题,为了改善上述问题,从基于BIM的智慧工地应用出发,阐述了建立BIM技术的智慧工地管理体系的可行性及必要性,构建了智慧工地管理平台系统架构及智慧工地管理体系,分析了智慧工地管理应用场景、成效与不足,旨在为智慧工地信息化、数字化、智能化转型升级提供借鉴和参考。In the traditional construction industry,there are long-term problems of low production efficiency,poor quality and reliability,high energy consumption,serious environmental pollution and low resource utilization rate.In order to improve the above problems,this paper starts from the BIM based smart site application,and expounds the feasibility and necessity of establishing BIM technology smart site management system.The smart site management platform system architecture and smart site management system are constructed,and the application scenarios,effects and deficiencies of smart site management are analyzed,aiming to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of smart site informatization,digitization and intelligence.
