职业代际流动对子代身心健康的影响研究——基于CGSS数据的实证分析

摘　　要：社会阶层与个体健康联系密切,然而关于社会阶层流动对个体健康的影响尚不明确。以职业阶层为研究切入点,在回顾现有理论的基础上,利用中国综合社会调查数据(CGSS)实证检验职业代际流动的健康效应及其影响机制。在控制人口与社会经济特征后,有序logit模型的估计结果表明职业代际向上流动对子代身心健康产生了显著的积极影响,而向下流动并未显著影响子代身心健康。利用PSM控制职业代际流动的健康自选择效应后,职业代际向上流动的积极影响仍然显著。通过KHB法进行影响机制分析,发现职业代际向上流动影响子代身心健康的路径存在差异,工作性质和生活幸福感分别是生理健康和心理健康维度的首要影响路径,资源分配机制则是影响子代身心健康的主导机制。社会流动是社会文明开放的重要表征,也将为健康中国建设与人口高质量发展提供新的助力。There is a close relationship between social class and individual health,but the impact of social class mobility on individual health is still unclear.Taking the occupational class as the research entry point,based on a review of existing theories,this study empirically tests the health effects and impact mechanisms of occupational intergenerational mobility using China Comprehensive Social Survey data(CGSS).After controlling for population and socioeconomic characteristics,the estimation results of the ordered logit model indicate that upward occupational mobility has a significant positive impact on the physical and mental health of offspring,while downward mobility does not significantly affect the physical and mental health of offspring.After using PSM to control the health self selection effect of occupational inter-generational mobility,the positive impact of upward occupational inter-generational mobility remains significant.Through the analysis of the impact mechanism using the KHB method,it was found that there are differences in the pathways of upward occupational mobility affecting the physical and mental health of offspring.The nature of work and life happiness are the primary influencing pathways for physical and mental health dimensions,respectively,while the resource allocation mechanism is the dominant mechanism affecting the physical and mental health of offspring.Social mobility is an important symbol of social civilization and openness,and will also provide new assistance for the construction of a healthy China and high-quality population development.
