摘　　要：微创钢板内固定术因其微创,不影响肩肘关节功能的特点在肱骨干骨折的手术治疗中取得良好的临床疗效。本文通过查阅国外肱骨干骨折微创钢板内固定的文献资料,分析肱骨干微创钢板内固定术的应用现状,总结肱骨干微创钢板内固定术常用入路的技术要点,并对其相对于其他手术方式的优劣势进行探讨。Minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis has achieved good clinical outcome in humeral shaft fractures because of its minimal invasion and no interruption on the function of shoulder and elbow joints.In this paper,we reviewed the English literatures about minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis of humeral shaft fractures,analyzed its current application situation,summarized the technical points of the common approaches,and discussed its advantages and disadvantages compared with other surgical treatments.
