摘  要:直升机是常用的海上救助力量之一,通常在实际救助行动开展前,需要对救助任务进行预先仿真推演及效能评估,这能够有效提升救助效率与成功率。该文面向该任务场景,开展任务流程与建模需求分析,基于Agent构建直升机海上救助任务仿真模型;同时基于对各方面专家的调研,从指标体系构建、指标获取及处理、指标权重计算等方面构建救助任务效能评估模型;基于仿真数据开展救助任务效能综合评估,从而有效支撑直升机海上救助决策过程。Helicopter is one of the commonly-used maritime rescue force.Before the actual rescue operation is carried out,pre-simulation rehearsal and effectiveness evaluation of the rescue task are necessary,which can effectively improve the rescue efficiency and success rate.Facing this task scenario,this paper analyzes the task flow and modeling requirements,and builds a helicopter maritime rescue task simulation model based on Agent.A rescue task effectiveness evaluation model was built based on the research of experts from the aspects of indicator system construction,indicator acquisition and processing,and indicator weight calculation.The comprehensive evaluation of rescue task effectiveness based on simulation data was carried out,which effectively supported the decision-making process of helicopter maritime rescue.
