Under the traditional dual-channel spectrum allocation strategy in cognitive radio networks, the transmission of secondary users can be preempted by primary users on both of the channels, which greatly affects the transmission performance of secondary users. In order to ensure the transmission of secondary users,a dual-channel allocation strategy with reserved channel for secondary users is proposed. It was assumed that one of the channels in the dual-channel system was reserved for secondary users, and the transmission of secondary users on this channel would not be interrupted;while the other channel was a traditional channel, and the primary users could interrupt the transmission of secondary users who were using this channel.By establishing a Markov queuing model with two service stations, numerical experiments were carried out on MATLAB.The results show that compared with the traditional dual-channel mechanism, the throughput of secondary users in the proposed strategy with reserved channel for secondary users is increased, and the average delay time is reduced, which effectively improves the comprehensive transmission quality of secondary users.
