枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合黛力新 治疗功能性消化不良的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合黛力新对功能性消化不良患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年6月山东省东明县中医医院收治的功能性消化不良患者100例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,试验组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合黛力新治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);试验组腹胀、上腹不适、嗳气消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论:枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合黛力新对功能性消化不良患者的治疗效果显著,有助于改善患者的临床症状,降低药物的不良反应发生率,值得推广。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined with Deanxit on patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to Dongming County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong Province from October 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride citrate dispersive tablets,and the experimental group was treated with mosapride citrate dispersive tablets combined with Deanxit.The clinical efficacy,duration of clinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).The disappearance time of abdominal distension,upper abdominal discomfort and belching in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion:Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined with Deanxit have remarkable therapeutic effect on patients with functional dyspepsia,which helps to improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,and is worth promoting.
