米非司酮联合卡前列甲酯栓用于早期流产的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察米非司酮联合卡前列甲酯栓用于早期流产的临床效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年6月贵州省威宁县妇幼保健院收治的90例早期流产患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成单药组与联合组,各45例。单药组予以米非司酮治疗,联合组在单药组治疗基础上使用卡前列甲酯栓治疗。比较两组患者的完全流产率、急诊清宫率与综合征发生率、临床指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组完全流产率高于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);联合组急诊清宫率、综合征发生率低于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组流产时间、月经恢复时间短于单药组,阴道出血量少于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);联合组不良反应发生率低于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。结论:米非司酮联合卡前列甲酯栓用于早期流产的临床效果良好,可提高早期流产患者完全流产率,降低早期流产患者急诊清宫率及综合征发生率,缩短早期流产患者流产时间及月经恢复时间,减少早期流产患者阴道出血量和不良反应发生情况。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with carboprost methyl ester suppository for early abortion.Methods:A total of ninety patients with early abortion admitted to the Weining County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into single-drug group and combination group according to random number table method,with forty-five cases in each group.The single-drug group was treated with mifepristone,and the combined group was treated with carboprost methyl ester suppository on the basis of single-drug group.The total abortion rate,emergency clearance rate,incidence of syndrome,clinical indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of complete abortion in combination group was higher than that in single-drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).The emergency clearance rate and incidence of syndrome in combination group were lower than those in single-drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of abortion and menstrual recovery in combination group was shorter than that in single-drug group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that in single-drug group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in single-drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with carboprost methyl ester suppository for early abortion has good clinical effect,which can improve the complete abortion rate in early abortion patients,reduce the emergency clearance rate and incidence of syndrome in early abortion patients,shorten the abortion time and menstrual recovery time in early abortion patients,and reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and adverse reactions in early abortion patients.
