自拟降脂汤联合西药治疗痰湿血瘀型高脂血症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析自拟降脂汤联合西药治疗痰湿血瘀型高脂血症的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年11月北京市昌平区史各庄社区卫生服务中心诊治的痰湿血瘀型高脂血症患者80例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀联合阿昔莫司治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟降脂汤治疗。观察两组患者血脂指标、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:自拟降脂汤治疗痰湿血瘀型高脂血症的临床效果显著,能够改善患者血脂水平,且产生的不良反应较少,临床治疗价值高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of self-made Jiangzhi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hyperlipidemia of phlegm-dampness and blood stasis type.Methods:From February 2020 to November 2022,eighty patients with hyperlipidemia of phlegm-dampness and blood stasis type diagnosed and treated by Shigezhuang Community Health Service Center in Changping District,Beijing were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin combined with acipimox,and the observation group was treated with self-made Jiangzhi decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood lipid indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:The levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:The self-made Jiangzhi decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of hyperlipidemia of phlegm-dampness and blood stasis type.It can improve the blood lipid level of patients,and has less adverse reactions,which has high clinical therapeutic value.
