摘　　要：目的:探讨基于“互联网+”护理的日常生活活动能力(ADL)评估和训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者家庭照护中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月广西医科大学第一附属医院出院的脑卒中偏瘫患者86例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,各43例。对照组进行传统随访模式的出院延续性护理,干预组采用基于“互联网+”护理方式的出院后延续性护理,根据出院时APL评估结果和实际情况进行APL训练。比较两组患者ADL水平、自我效能感。结果:干预组出院后1、3个月ADL评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院1、3个月,干预组自我效能感量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:基于“互联网+”护理的ADL评估和训练可以提高脑卒中偏瘫患者ADL水平,提升其自信心,改善生活质量,减轻家庭照护的负担,促进家庭稳定和谐。Objective:To explore the application effect of the assessment and training of activities of daily living(ADL)based on"Internet+"nursing in home care of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of eighty-six stroke patients with hemiplegia discharged from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method,with forty-three cases in each group.The control group received the traditional follow-up mode of continuous nursing.The intervention group was given continuous nursing after discharge based on"Internet+"nursing mode,and APL training was conducted according to the APL assessment results and actual conditions at discharge.ADL level and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The ADL scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group at 1 and 3 months after discharge,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after discharge,the selfefficacy scale score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:ADL assessment and training based on"Internet+"nursing can improve the ADL level of stroke patients with hemiplegia,enhance their self-confidence,improve their quality of life,reduce the burden of family care,and promote family stability and harmony.
