摘　　要：目的:分析医院手术器械灭菌处理过程中采用过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌方法的实际效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月贵州省贵阳市南明区人民医院消毒供应室的手术器械1000件,根据随机数字表法分为对照组1与观察组1,各500件。对照组1器械给予戊二醛灭菌,观察组1器械给予过氧化氢等离子灭菌。比较不同灭菌方法的临床效果。结果:观察组1器械低温灭菌时间短于对照组1,灭菌有效时间长于对照组1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组1器械手术感染发生率、器械损坏率低于对照组1,器械生物监测合格率高于对照组1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组2医护人员灭菌满意度评分高于对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:手术室手术器械灭菌时采用过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌效果优良,灭菌时间更短,灭菌有效时间更久,手术感染率、器械损坏率低,医护人员满意度高。Objective:To analyze the effect of hydrogen peroxide plasma low temperature sterilization in the sterilization of surgical instruments in hospital.Methods:A total of one thousand surgical instruments were selected from the disinfection supply room of Nanming District People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,and were divided into control group 1 and observation group 1 according to random number table method,with five hundred pieces each.Control group 1 was sterilized by glutaraldehyde,observation group 1 was sterilized by hydrogen peroxide plasma.The clinical effects of different sterilization methods were compared.Results:The low temperature sterilization time of observation group 1 was shorter than that of control group 1,and the effective sterilization time was longer than that of control group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of infection and the rate of instrument damage in observation group 1 was lower than that in control group 1,and the qualified rate of instrument biological monitoring was higher than that in control group 1,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The sterilization satisfaction score of medical staff in observation group 2 was higher than that in control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:When sterilizing surgical instruments in the operating room,the hydrogen peroxide plasma low temperature sterilization effect is excellent,the sterilization time is shorter,the sterilization effective time is longer,the surgical infection rate and the instrument damage rate are low,and the satisfaction of medical staff is high.
