摘  要:金属结合剂金刚石砂轮(简称金属砂轮)具有优异的磨削性能,广泛应用于机械、电子和航空航天等领域。修锐作为金属砂轮修整关键工序之一,对于保证砂轮初始锋利性和工件磨削质量有着重要意义。针对金属砂轮的复杂形貌结构,提出了一种新的修锐评价指标。以W40型金属砂轮为研究对象,采用正交分析法,分析了金属砂轮转速、碳化硅砂轮(工具砂轮,简称GC砂轮)转速、GC砂轮粒度、单次进给量以及总进给深度对修锐效果的作用机理、影响趋势,优化了修锐参数。经过玻璃磨削验证,磨削质量、加工型面完整性得到明显改善。Metal bonded diamond grinding wheel(referred to as metal grinding wheel)has excellent grinding performance,widely used in machinery,electronics,aerospace and other fields.As one of the key processes of metal grinding wheel dressing,sharpening is of great significance to ensure the initial sharpness of the grinding wheel and the grinding quality of the workpiece.According to the complex geomorphic structure of metal grinding wheel,a new evaluation index of grinding sharpening was proposed.Taking W40 metal grinding wheel as the research object,orthogonal analysis was used to analyze the mechanism and influence trend of metal grinding wheel speed,silicon carbide grinding wheel(tool grinding wheel,referred to as GC grinding wheel)speed,GC grinding wheel particle size,single feed speed and total feed depth on the sharpening effect,and the sharpening parameters were optimized.Verified by glass grinding,the grinding quality,machining surface integrity have been significantly improved.
