摘  要:针对冷藏车制造企业应对产品大规模定制时设计效率低、人工设计工作量大以及历史设计资源利用率低等问题,研发了面向产品族的厢式冷藏车快速设计平台。通过企业产品数据管理系统预留接口实现订单数据与平台的无缝连接;以产品族为对象,运用参数化变型配置技术得到车厢厢体三维模型;对冷藏车关键承重部件——底架进行有限元分析优化,得到完整的冷藏车三维模型,并实现相应二维工程图的实时更新和输出。以企业厢式冷藏车某订单为例进行测试,测试结果表明,该平台能有效提高冷藏车的设计效率,降低成本。Aiming at the problems of low design efficiency,heavy manual design workload and low utilization rate of historical design resources in the face of mass customization of products,a fast design platform for van refrigerated truck was developed for product family.Through the enterprise Product Data Management(PDM)system reserved interface,the seamless connection between the order data and the platform was realized;taking the product family as the object and using the parametric variant configuration technology,the product 3D model of the van body was obtained.The finite element analysis of the key load-bearing chassis of the refrigerated truck was carried out to obtain a complete 3D model and corresponding 2D drawings for updating and output.Taking a van refrigerated truck order as an example,the test results show that the platform can effectively improve the design efficiency of the refrigerated truck and reduce the cost.
