摘　　要：战后日本右翼分子推出“满洲国兴亡”三部曲,提出“建设东北论”。该谬论称:日本对中国东北的殖民统治是“解放”东北民族,建立“理想国家”,实现“经济繁荣”,“完备”工业体系,“奠定”东北发展基础。实际上,日本在中国东北的殖民统治是压榨东北人民,扶植傀儡政权;实行“人肉开采”,用人命换经济;打断东北正常的工业化进程,建立畸形的工业体系;消耗大量资源,严重破坏东北的生态环境。日本殖民统治给东北人民带来深重灾难,也严重影响和制约了东北经济的后续发展。“建设东北论”传递错误的史实和史观,误导日本民众,催生了中国的“精日”分子,在中日两国都产生消极影响。揭示这种错误论调的来龙去脉、历史根源、社会影响,有助于两国人民客观认识近代日本在中国东北的殖民统治和侵略活动,形成正确的历史认识。After the War,Japanese Right-Wing elements published the trilogy of"Rise and Fall of Manchuria"and put forward the"Northeast China Construction Theory."The false theory declares that Japan's colonial rule to Northeast China was to"liberate""the Northeast nation,establish an"ideal country,"achieve""economic prosperity,""complete"the industrial system,and"lay"the foundation for the development of Northeast China.In fact,Japan's colonial rule in Northeast China was to squeeze the people of Northeast China and support the puppet regime;to do human flesh mine and develop economy with human life;to interrupt the normal industrialization process of Northeast China and establish an abnormal industrial system;to consume a lot of resources and seriously damage the ecological environment in Northeast China.The Japanese colonial rule brought great disasters to the people of the Northeast China,and also seriously affected and restricted the subsequent development of the Northeast economy.The""Northeast China Construction Theory"conveys the wrong historical facts and historical views,mislead the Japanese people,and give birth to a small group of Chinese people who are psychologically Japanese,which has a negative influence on both China and Japan.Uncover the origin,historical root and social influence of this wrong argument will help the peoples of the two countries to have an objective understanding of Japan's colonial rule and aggression in Northeast China in modern times and form a correct historical understanding.
