摘 要:以台金高速节段预制拼装护栏为例,探究螺栓连接、钢板连接和钢筋连接三种不同连接形式护栏的力学特性和破坏模态,采用有限元模拟和加载试验的方法进行分析。结果表明:三种护栏均可满足规范防撞承载力的要求,螺栓连接式和钢板连接式护栏存在局部集中受力破坏现象。综合比选施工便利性、经济性和力学特性等,钢筋连接式护栏对施工定位精度要求较低,造价和传力平顺性优于另外两种护栏。Taking Taizhou-Jinhua Expressway segmental prefabricated barrier as an example,finite element simulation and loading test were used to analyze the mechanical properties and failure modes of three different connection forms including anchor bolt connection,steel plate connection and steel bar connection.Results show that all the three types of barriers can meet the requirements of the code for crashworthiness,the anchor bolt connection and steel plate connection barriers have local concentrated stress failure.Based on the comprehensive comparison and selection of construction convenience,economy and mechanical characteristics,the steel bar connection barrier has lower requirements for construction positioning accuracy,and its cost and force transmission smoothness are better than the other two barriers.
