摘 要:针对高压油泵测试回路的油温控制问题,以混水阀为核心搭建温度控制系统,推导建立了温控系统的数学模型。将PID算法和模糊控制技术结合,设计控制算法,采用MATLAB/Simulink对温度控制器实施仿真验证。研制了高压油泵测试台温控系统并进行一系列温度控制实际工况实验,对PID参数进行在线调整,通过对实验结果进行分析,表明该温度控制系统具有高精度和快速响应能力。Aiming at the oil temperature control problem of high-pressure oil pump test circuit,this paper builds a temperature control system with the mixing valve as the core,and derives and establishes a mathematical model of the temperature control system.The PID algorithm and fuzzy control technology are combined to design the control algorithm,and MATLAB/Simulink is used to simulate and verify the temperature controller.The temperature control system of the high-pressure oil pump test bench is developed and a series of temperature control actual working condition experiments are carried out,and the PID parameters are adjusted online,and the analysis of the experimental results show that the temperature control system had high precision and rapid response ability.
