医用额温枪红外温度传感器检测系统研究

摘　　要：新冠疫情爆发期间,医用额温枪等测温检测设备成为医院重要的防疫物资。基于AST2000测试平台,研究了一种红外温度传感器检测系统,搭建硬件检测电路并设计了上位机软件测试平台。该系统设计了10组检测模块,通过测试额温枪红外温度传感器关键参数,实现多模块、并行测试,相较医学工程科室正常采用的单一异常设备测量方式效率提高9倍,检测时间缩短至3000 ms之内。所设计检测系统既能提高医院医学工程科室检修测温设备异常的效率,避免错判、漏判,又能减少设备外送检测、维修时间,同时还能降低疫情防控期间医院的防疫风险,规避体温监测异常带来的不良后果。Based on AST2000 test platform,this paper studies an infrared temperature sensor detection system,builds the hardware detection circuit and designs the upper computer software test platform.The system has designed 10 detection modules.By testing the key parameters of the infrared temperature sensor of the forehead temperature gun,it can achieve multi module and parallel testing.Compared with the single abnormal equipment measurement method,the efficiency is improved by 9 times,and the detection time is shortened to 3000 milliseconds.The detection system designed in this paper can not only improve the efficiency of the medical engineering department in the hospital to repair the abnormality of temperature measuring equipment,avoid miscalculation and omission of judgment,but also reduce the time for the equipment to be sent out for detection and maintenance.
