摘　　要：非PVC膜大输液生产线软袋生产过程中,药品批号、生产日期、有效期等信息的印刷质量受制于温度、字粒磨损等因素,难免出现漏印或印字不清晰的情况,对这种不合格情况的检测,常规是采用人工灯检的方式检测,这对操作人员的经验,体力都是严重考验。将机器视觉系统应用于非PVC膜大输液生产线软袋生产过程中,在线检测印字质量,剔除不合格产品。试验表明:该检测方式能够稳定准确地检测到印刷不合格的产品,提高了检测效率,实现了生产过程的自动检测和控制。In the production process of soft bags of non-PVC film large infusion production line,the printing quality of drug batch number,production date,expiration date and other information is subject to temperature,word wear and other factors,it is inevitable that there will be omissions or unclear printing,the detection of this unqualified situation.The routine is to use artificial light inspection to detect,which is a serious test for the operator's experience and physical strength.In this paper,the machine vision system is applied to the production process of soft bags in non-PVC film large infusion production line,and the printing quality is detected online and unqualified products are rejected.
