摘　　要：以某工程的RO补水系统为例,系统采用西门子S7-200 SMART CPU和威纶通触摸屏作为控制器和人机界面,通过采集系统的压力、浊度、ORP仪、电导、流量等信号,控制其相应的机构。该系统实现自动控制、相关仪表参数自动检测,故障报警处理,满足用户生产及工艺控制需求。The RO water make-up system,for instance,uses Siemens S7-200 SMART CPU as the controller and Weinview touch screen as HMI.The pressure,turbidity,ORP,conductance,flow and other signals of the system are collected and the actuators are controlled.The system realizes automatic control,automatic detection of relevant instrument parameters,and fault alarm processing.It meets the needs of production and process control of users.
