基于S7-300 PLC的水泥自动配料控制系统设计

摘　　要：水泥是建筑行业中应用广泛的建筑材料之一,在水泥生产过程中两个重要的因素是生产工序和产品质量。在目前国内工厂常用的新型干法生产工艺的条件下,结合对各类原料精确配比工艺的相关要求,对电子皮带秤、PLC、变频器等系统硬件进行选型。通过西门子公司的S7-300 PLC作为过程控制核心,利用组态王软件,设计出自动配料控制系统的监控画面等。最终完成了基于S7-300 PLC的水泥自动配料控制系统,该系统能满足不同规格水泥的生产,运行稳定,且人机界面友好。Cement is one of the building materials widely used in the construction industry.Two important factors in the cement production process are the production process and product quality.Under the conditions of the new dry production process commonly used in domestic factories at present,and in combination with the relevant requirements for the accurate proportioning process of various raw materials,this paper selects the system hardware such as electronic belt scales,PLC,frequency converters,etc.With the S7-300 PLC of Siemens as the process control core,the monitoring screen of the automatic batching control system is designed by using the software Kingview.Finally,a cement automatic batching control system based on S7-300 PLC is completed in this paper.The system can meet the production of different specifications of cement,with stable operation and friendly human-computer interface.
