摘　　要：正常的肠道微生物群在新生仔畜消化吸收、营养代谢及免疫能力等方面发挥着重要作用,肠道微生物群紊乱会导致新生仔畜的免疫力下降,进而出现腹泻等症状,并进一步引起炎症反应。新生仔畜肠道微生物群的来源包括母体口腔、外部环境、羊水与脐带等途径。本文主要概括了近几年新生仔畜肠道微生物群的研究报告,分析了新生仔畜肠道微生物的来源以及肠道微生物对幼畜肠道菌群形成过程的影响,并对新生仔畜肠道微生物的作用和意义进行了阐述,为动物肠道微生物群在动物生产中更高效的应用提供参考。Normal intestinal microflora plays an important role in digestion and absorption,nutrition metabolism and immunity of newborn animals.The intestinal microbiome disorder of newborn animals will lead to the decrease of their immunity,then diarrhea and other symptoms,and further cause inflammatory reaction.The sources of intestinal microflora of newborn animals include mother's oral cavity,external environment,amniotic fluid and umbilical cord.In this paper,the researches of intestinal microflora of newborn calves in recent years were summarized,the sources of intestinal microflora of newborn calves and the influence of intestinal microflora on the formation process of intestinal microflora of newborn calves were analyzed,and the role and significance of intestinal microflora of newborn calves were expounded,which will provide a reference for more efficient application of intestinal microflora in animal production.
