摘  要:本研究旨在探究丁酸梭菌在不同肠道微生物环境下对宿主的影响效果。通过粪菌移植将雏鸡肠道内微生物环境改造为成年鸡肠道内微生物环境,每只雏鸡饲喂0.5 m L菌液。在饲料中添加丁酸梭菌测试其对雏鸡的影响,丁酸梭菌浓度为109CFU/kg。将144只1日龄雏鸡平均分为四组:对照组(CON组)、粪菌移植组(FMT组)、丁酸梭菌组(CB组)和联合处理组(CT组)。CON组饲喂生理盐水和正常雏鸡饲料,FMT组饲喂菌液和正常饲料,CB组饲喂生理盐水和加了丁酸梭菌的饲料,CT组饲喂菌液和添加丁酸梭菌的饲料。结果表明:CB组14日龄雏鸡体重显著高于CON组8.45%(P <0.05),7日龄雏鸡肠道重量极显著低于CON组22.45%(P <0.01),7日龄空肠绒毛高度比隐窝深度(绒腺比)显著高于CON组20.20%(P <0.05),7日龄和14日龄雏鸡空肠claudin-1基因相对表达量显著高于CON组32.10%和50.49%(P <0.05),7日龄雏鸡空肠MUC2基因相对表达量极显著低于CON组56.44%(P <0.01);CT组14日龄雏鸡体重显著高于FMT组7.25%(P <0.05),21日龄雏鸡肠道重量显著高于FMT组10.06%(P <0.05),7日龄雏鸡空肠MUC2基因相对表达量极显著低于FMT组60.82%(P <0.01)。总的来说,添加丁酸梭菌会对生命早期的雏鸡肠道发育造成一定的不良影响,却会促进肠道绒毛的发育,并促进雏鸡肠道连接蛋白claudin-1基因高表达,抑制黏蛋白基因的表达并促进14日龄左右的雏鸡体重增长速率。在成年鸡肠道菌群环境下,丁酸梭菌对生命早期的雏鸡肠道发育没有负面影响,对雏鸡肠道绒毛的发育也没有明显的促进作用,只是促进了雏鸡体重增加,并在雏鸡7日龄左右抑制了肠道黏蛋白的基因表达。The aim of this study was to explore the effect of Clostridium butyricum on chicks in different intestinal microbial environments.Transforming the intestinal microbial environment of chicks into that of adult through faecal microbiota transplantation with 0.5 mL bacterial fluid every chick.Test the effect of Clostridium butyricum on chicks by adding Clostridium butyricum to feed and the bacterial concentration was 109 CFU/kg.144 chicks at the age of one day were divided into 4 groups:control group(CON group),faecal microbiota transplantation group(FMT group),Clostridium butyricum group(CB group)and combined treatment group(CT group).CON group was fed with saline and normal chicken feed.FMT group was fed with bacterial fluid and normal feed.CB group was fed with saline and Clostridium butyricum.CT group was fed with bacterial fluid and Clostridium butyricum.The experimental results showed that the weight of 14-day-old chicks was significantly higher in the CB group than in the CON group by 8.45%(P<0.05).The weight of intestine in the 7-day-old chicks were extremely significantly lower in the CB group than in the CON group by 22.45%(P<0.01).The ratio of jejunum villi to crypt of the 7-day old chicks was significantly higher in the CB group than in the CON group by 20.20%(P<0.05).The relative expression of claudin-1 gene in jejunum of 7 and 14-day-old chicks was significantly higher in the CB group than in the CON group by 32.10%和50.49%respectively(P<0.05).The relative expression of MUC2 gene in jejunum of 7-day old chicks was extremely significantly lower in the CB group than in the CON group by 56.44%(P<0.01).The weight of 14-day-old chicks was significantly higher in the CT group than in the FMT group by 7.25%(P<0.05).The intestinal weight of 21-day-old chicks was significantly higher in the CT group than in the FMT group by 10.06%(P<0.05).The relative expression of MUC2 gene in jejunum of 7-day-old chicks was extremely significantly lower in the CT group than in the FMT group by 60.82%(P<0.01).In general,the a
