摘　　要：酵母类饲料添加剂具有改善瘤胃菌群平衡、增强免疫功能和抗氧化性能、缓解热应激等多种生物学作用,是奶牛养殖中理想的替抗产品。本文综述了酵母类饲料添加剂种类、生物学作用及其在奶牛营养上的研究进展,为在奶牛养殖中合理利用酵母类饲料添加剂提供实践和理论基础。Yeast feed additives have various biological effects,such as improving rumen microflora balance,enhancing immune function and antioxidant performance,relieving heat stress.Yeast feed additives are ideal anti-microbial products in dairy cattle breeding.This paper summarized the types,biological effects and research progress of yeast feed additives in cow nutrition,aimed to provide practical and theoretical basis for rational use of yeast feed additives on dairy cows.
