摘　　要：近年来,由于各种因素导致饲料的主要原料玉米和豆粕价格不断上升,饲料行业发展受限,畜牧业养殖成本显著上升,而我国非常规饲料资源极其丰富,饲料行业和畜牧业要可持续地、稳定地和快速地发展,开发和利用非常规饲料资源是非常重要的。非常规饲料资源的开发和利用,在“饲料粮减量替代”上具有重要作用,在一定程度上可缓解我国的“人畜争粮”局面,同时,可降低养殖投入成本,在改善畜禽圈舍微环境方面也具有重要作用。本文从非常规饲料的概念、利用现状、种类入手,系统阐述了非常规饲料在提升肉品质、繁殖性能和肠道健康等方面的应用,旨在为畜禽饲料粮减量化模式提供参考。In recent years,due to various factors of feed raw materials mainly corn and soybean meal price rising,can lead to the development of feed industry limited,a marked increase in the cost of livestock breeding,and unconventional feed resources in China is very rich,feed industry and animal husbandry to go the way of sustainable,stable and rapid development,must attach importance to the development and utilization of unconventional feed resources.The development and utilization of unconventional feed resources play an important role in“feed grain reduction and replacement”,which alleviates the“problem of grain competition between human and livestock”to a certain extent.At the same time,it also reduces the breeding cost for the breeding industry and plays an important role in improving the environment.This paper discussed the concept,utilization status,types and application of unconventional feed in production and life,aimed to provide reference for the reduction model of livestock and poultry feed grain.
