基于“情指行”一体化警务运行机制的警务指挥人才培养研究

摘　　要：“情指行”一体化警务运行机制作为公安机关为适应新形势而构建的现代化新型警务机制,其确立对警务指挥人才的培养提出了更高的要求。当前警务指挥人才培养还存在人才培养方式与实际业务需求脱节、师资力量和研究团队建设薄弱等问题,为此应当以“情指行”一体化警务运行机制为依托,以明确学科研究范畴、确定专业人才培养目标、优化课程体系、加强师资力量和研究团队建设为路径,实现警务指挥人才培养目标要求。The integrated police operation mechanism of“intelligence,commanding and action”is a new modern police mechanism constructed by public security organs to adapt to the new situation.Its establishment puts forward higher requirements for the training of police commanding talents.At present,there are still problems in the training of police commanding talents,such as the disconnection between the training method and the actual business needs,and the weak teaching staff and research team construction.For this reason,we should rely on the integrated police operation mechanism of“intelligence,commanding and action”to clarify the scope of discipline research,determine the training goals of professional talents,optimize the curriculum system and strengthen the teaching staff and research team construction,in order to realize the training goals and requirements of police commanding talents.
