摘 要:目的 探究雷珠单抗或激光治疗后早产儿视网膜病变消退和恢复的时间进程。方法 选择70例商丘市第一人民医院收治的患有视网膜病变的早产儿,随机分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)两组,其中观察组患儿给予雷珠单抗治疗,对照组患儿则给予激光治疗。对比分析两组患儿视网膜病变消退情况、恢复时间以及治疗前后血清生化指标水平变化情况。结果 观察组患儿的血管消退率和血管扩张迂曲好转率显著高于对照组患儿,而视网膜纤维增生率和恢复时间则显著低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患儿的谷氨酸和IGF-1水平显著低于对照组患儿,VEGF水平则显著高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 雷珠单抗或激光治疗均能够促进早产儿视网膜病变消退,展现出了较好的临床效果。但是激光治疗可能导致视网膜纤维增生,且需要更长的恢复时间。Objective To investigate the time course of regression and recovery of retinopathy of prematurity after leizumab or laser treatment.Methods Totally 70 premature infants with retinopathy admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:Leizumab treatment group(n=35)and laser treatment group(n=35).The children in the leizumab treatment group were given Leizumab treatment,and the children in the laser treatment group were given laser treatment.The regression of retinopathy,recovery time and changes of serum biochemical indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of vascular regression and the rate of vascular dilatation tortuosity improvement in leizumab treatment group were significantly higher than those in laser treatment group,while the rate of retinal fiber hyperplasia and recovery time were significantly lower than those in laser treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,glutamic acid and IGF-1 levels in leizumab treatment group were significantly lower than those in laser treatment group,while VECF levels were significantly higher than those in laser treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both leizumab and laser therapy can promote the regression of retinopathy of prematurity,showing a good clinical effect.But laser treatment can lead to proliferation of retinal fibers and require longer recovery time.
