三黄泻心汤联合脑肠轴理论针刺疗法对失眠患者睡眠质量及认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨三黄泻心汤联合脑肠轴理论针刺疗法对失眠患者睡眠质量及认知功能的影响。方法 选择2021年9月—2022年9月河南中医药大学第三附属医院收治的失眠症患者96例,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例)两组。对照组给予普通针刺治疗,观察组给予三黄泻心汤联合脑肠轴理论针刺疗法治疗。比较两组治疗前后睡眠脑电图、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表(ESS)、平均睡眠潜伏时间(MSL)值情况;采用临床记忆量表(CMS)比较两组治疗前后认知功能情况,观察两组临床疗效情况。结果 治疗后,两组睡眠/觉醒、觉醒时间、觉醒次数及睡眠潜伏期降低,观察组更明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PSQI、ESS评分及MSL降低,观察组更明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CMS量表各项评分均上升,且观察组更明显(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 三黄泻心汤联合脑肠轴理论针刺疗法治疗失眠症,可有效改善患者睡眠质量,提高认知功能水平,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of Sanhuang Xiexin decoction combined with acupuncture therapy of brain-intestine axis theory on sleep quality and cognitive function of insomnia patients.Methods Totally 96 patients with insomnia from September 2021 to September 2022 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(48 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with Sanhuang Xiexin decoction combined with brain-intestine axis theory acupuncture.The sleep EEG,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Epworth Sleep Scale(ESS)and average sleep latency(MSL)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Clinical memory scale(CMS)was used to compare the cognitive function of the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the sleep/wake-up,wake-up time,wake-up times and sleep latency of the two groups decreased,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,PSQI,ESS scores and MSL in the two groups decreased,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of CMS scale in both groups increased,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanhuang Xiexin decoction combined with acupuncture therapy of brain-intestine axis theory can effectively improve patients'sleep quality and cognitive function,and has certain clinical application value.
