消化内镜专科护理质量敏感性指标的构建研究

摘　　要：目的探讨消化内镜专科护理质量评价工具,构建科学实用的护理质量敏感性指标体系。方法在文献回顾和半结构式访谈的基础上,以“结构-过程-结果”三维质量模型为理论依据,运用德尔菲函询法进行两轮专家函询,确立适用于消化内镜专科护理质量管理的敏感性指标。结果构建了包括诊间与诊疗护士人数之比、内镜清洗质量合格率在内的19个消化内镜护理质量敏感性指标,两轮函询后专家积极系数分别为96.87%和100%,权威系数分别为0.87和0.93,专家意见协调程度变异系数均<0.30,W值在指标内容重要性、数据收集可操作性、计算公式合理性上分别为0.117、0.104、0.139和0.146、0.098、0.144,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究构建的消化内镜专科护理质量敏感性指标体系具有较高的科学性和实用性,为消化内镜护理质量的评价提供了科学的测评工具,值得借鉴和推广。Objective To explore the nursing quality evaluation tools of digestive endoscopy specialty and construct a scientific and practical nursing quality sensitivity index system.Methods On the basis of literature review and semi-structured interview,the three-dimensional quality model of"structure-process-result"was adopted as the theoretical basis.Two rounds of expert letter consultation were conducted by Delphi letter consultation method,and the sensitivity index system of digestive endoscopy nursing quality was established.Results A total of 19 sensitivity indexes of digestive endoscopy nursing quality were established,including the ratio of the number of nurses in the clinic to the number of nurses in the clinic and the qualified rate of endoscopic cleaning quality.After two rounds of consultation,the expert positive coefficient was 96.87%and 100%,the authority coefficient was 0.87 and 0.93,and the variation coefficient of the degree of coordination of expert opinions was all<0.30.W values were 0.117,0.104,0.139 and 0.146,0.098,0.144 respectively in terms of the importance of index content,operability of data collection and rationality of calculation formula,and had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity index system of digestive endoscopy nursing quality established in this study is relatively scientific and feasible,and provides a scientific evaluation tool for the evaluation of the quality of digestive endoscopy nursing,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
