摘 要:目的分析微柱凝胶免疫检测技术在临床血型鉴定与输血中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年6月龙岩市第二医院输血科收治的60例患者为对象,抽取患者静脉血进行分析,分别进行血型鉴定、输血检验,血型鉴定采用微柱凝胶法、盐水试管法,输血前交叉配血试验采用微柱凝胶法、聚凝胺法,比较不同检验方法的血型鉴定和输血结果。结果微柱凝胶法和盐水试管法鉴定血型结果相比,正反定型符合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与聚凝胺法相比,微柱凝胶法的交叉配血成功率显著提高(P<0.05)。微柱凝胶法的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于盐水试管法(P<0.05)。结论微柱凝胶法用于临床患者的血型鉴定、交叉配血工作,可获得较高成功率,且该方法鉴定血型的灵敏度、特异度和准确性均较高。本文的研究结果为《红细胞血型抗体鉴定专家共识》后期标准制定提供了借鉴内容。Objective The application value of microcolumn gel immunoassay in clinical blood group identification and blood transfusion.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to the department of blood transfusion of the Second Hospital of Longyan from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as subjects,extract patients venous blood analysis,blood type,blood transfusion test,using micro column gel method,salt water test tube method,cross blood test before the micro column gel method,poly coagulation method,compare different test methods of blood type and blood transfusion results.Results There was no significant difference between positive and negative typing results of blood group identification by microcolumn gel method and salt water test tube method(P>0.05).Compared with the polyamine method,the cross matching success rate of the microcolumn gel method was significantly improved(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of microcolumn gel method were higher than those of salt water test tube method(P<0.05).Conclusion The microcolumn gel method can be used for blood group identification and poor blood matching in clinical patients with a high success rate,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of this method for blood group identification are high.The results of this paper provide reference for the later standard formulation of expert Consensus on the Identification of Red Cell Blood Group Antibodies.
