摘 要:目的定量考察高成熟度信息化对护理管理流程的影响,为信息化建设提供理论支持和规划指导。方法2022年8—10月访谈护理信息化亲历者,结合历史文件查询和现有流程观测,对信息化前后护理部和临床科室管理流程进行调研,收集流程人工时数、管理指标数和指标报告频率数据,结合访谈和调研结果,分析前后差异成因。结果共访谈5个科室9名护理管理者,查询历史文档113份。心内科每轮护理管理流程人工时数降幅最大(93.7%),护理部最小(81.7%)。数据收集、传输、处理和结果传输呈现环节减少最多,临床科室通过信息系统自动化,基本降为0。5个科室共减少人工时数8295 min,降幅88.1%。信息化前,常规管理指标13项,报告频率月报,信息化后增加到23项,其中15项已实现自动化,报告频率为次日报,8项仍需部分人工操作,报告频率为月报。结论高成熟度信息化建设可显著提升护理管理流程,大幅度减少人工时数消耗,大幅增加常态化监管指标数量,提高指标数据的报告频率,从而显著提升医院的护理管理能力。Objectives To quantitatively investigate the impact of mature informationization on nursing management processes,and provide theoretical support and planning guidance for future informationization endeavors.Methods Nursing managers having experienced the informationization process personally were interviewed from August to October 2022.Historical nursing management records were retrieved.The current workflows were observed.Data on manual hours,number of management indicators,and frequency of indicator reporting were collected.The findings were integrated to analyze the causes of differences in workflows.Results Nine nursing managers from 5 departments were interviewed and 113 historical files retrieved.The nursing management workflow in cardiology department saw the largest decrease in manual hours(93.7%),with the nursing department the lowest(81.7%).The decreases were the most significant in the steps of data collection,transmission,and processing,and result generation and presentation.The clinical departments were able to reduced their manual hours to 0 by automating the steps.The number of routinely monitored indicators increased from 13 monthly reported indicators before informationization to 23 indicators currently including 15 indicators reported in 24 h and 8 indicators monthly.Conclusion Mature informationization elevates nursing management workflows considerably by largely reducing manual hours,increasing the number of routinely monitored indicators and reporting frequency.This significantly improves a hospital’s nursing management capacity.
