摘　　要：医院药房口服药物退药管理一直是医疗行业关注的重要问题,现代医院越来越重视“以人为本”的理念在医疗中的应用,其管理水平也不断提高。不过当前关于医院药房口服药物退药管理方面依然存在一些弊端,在对患者实施药物治疗过程中,会因各种因素而产生退药的情况,这种情况对药品管理、药品质量、医患关系及医疗水平等均具有一定的影响,基于此,为进一步加强医院药房口服药物退药管理,文章针对口服药物退药的因素进行分析,阐述医院药房口服药物退药管理现状,并提出相应对策,以期通过加强管理,严格把关,规范流程,降低退药率,最终保证患者的用药安全性,促进药物管理质量及效率不断提升。The management of oral drug return in hospital pharmacy has always been an important issue of concern in the medical industry.Modern hospitals pay more and more attention to the application of the concept of"people-oriented"in medical treatment,and its management level is constantly improving.However,at present,there are still some drawbacks in the management of oral drug return in hospital pharmacies.In the process of drug treatment for patients,drug return will be caused by various factors,which has a certain impact on drug management,drug quality,doctor-patient relationship and medical level.Based on this,in order to further strengthen the management of oral drug return in hospital pharmacies.The factors of oral drug return were analyzed,the status quo of oral drug return management in hospital pharmacies was described,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed in the artical,in order to reduce the rate of drug return by strengthening management,strictly checking and standardizing procedures,ultimately ensuring the safety of drug use for patients,and promoting the continuous improvement of drug management quality and efficiency.
