摘 要:随着医工结合在医学领域的价值日益凸显,临床与工程协作创新已成为一种趋势。多学科知识交叉融合是医工结合科研创新的基石,本文从知识转移角度出发,采用系统动力学方法,分析医工结合科研项目中知识转移过程的关键性因素及因素之间的关系。知识转移效率受多个因素共同影响,包括知识传递和接收能力、知识差距、转移阈值、转移意愿及其他外部因素。通过绘制因果回路图建立医工结合科研项目知识转移模型,提出搭建医工结合科研创新平台、推动医工结合科研成果转化、探索多学科交叉人才培养模式等管理策略,以促进知识转移和创新,推动建设高水平研究型医院。With the value of medical-engineering combination projects in clinical gradually highlighted,collaborative innovation between hospitals and collaborating units has become a general trend.Multidisciplinary knowledge integration is the cornerstone of scientific innovation in medical-engineering combination projects.This paper provides a reference for promoting medical-engineering cooperation and multidisciplinary cross-innovation from the perspective of knowledge transfer in projects.A system dynamics approach is used to analyze the key factors and the relationship between factors in the knowledge transfer process in medical-engineering projects.A knowledge transfer model for medical-engineering research projects is built.Knowledge transfer in medical-engineering combination projects is jointly influenced by knowledge transfer and reception capacity,knowledge gaps,transfer thresholds,willingness to transfer and other external factors.The system dynamics model provides a theoretical basis for hospitals to formulate effective management strategies.By building the innovation platform,promoting the commercialization of scientific and research findings and exploring training mode of the multidisciplinary talent,it is possible to facilitate innovation in medical-engineering combination projects and then promote the collaborative development of medical education,research and industry in hospitals.
