摘　　要：目的分析AngioJet联合髂静脉支架植入一体化治疗Cockett综合征合并下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)患者的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年3月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的80例Cockett综合征合并下肢DVT患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(40例,采用AngioJet联合髂静脉支架植入一体化治疗)和参考组(40例,采用常规治疗),比较两组患者治疗前后患健侧周径差改善情况和血栓清除效果。结果两组患者治疗前患健侧周径差比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者患健侧周径差均显著改善,且研究组患者患健侧周径差明显小于参考组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中36例患者血栓达到Ⅲ级清除,Ⅲ级清除率为90.00%;参考组中25例患者血栓达到Ⅲ级清除,Ⅲ级清除率为62.50%;研究组血栓Ⅲ级清除率明显高于参考组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AngioJet联合髂静脉支架植入一体化治疗Cockett综合征合并下肢DVT患者具有良好的效果,更有利于促进血栓清除,改善患健侧周径差。Objective To analyze the effect of AngioJet combined with iliac vein stent implantation in the treatment of patients with Cockett syndrome with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity.Methods A total of 80 patients with Cockett syndrome with DVT of lower extremity admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected.The patients were divided into a study group(40 cases,treated with AngioJet combined with iliac vein stent implantation)and a reference group(40 cases,treated with conventional treatment)by random number table method.The improvement of the circumference difference between the affected and health sides before and after treatmeng and the thrombos clearance effect were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the circumference difference on the affected and healthy sides between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the circumference difference between the affected and healthy sides of the two groups of patients was significantly improved,and the circumference difference between the affected and healthy sides in the study group was significantly less than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that 36 patients in the study group achieved gradeⅢclearance,with a gradeⅢclearance rate of 90.00%.In the reference group,25 patients achieved gradeⅢclearance,with a gradeⅢclearance rate of 62.50%.The gradeⅢclearance rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated treatment of AngioJet combined with iliac vein stent implantation in patients with Cockett syndrome complicated with DVT of lower extremity has a good effect,which is more conducive to promoting thrombus clearance and improving the circumference difference of the affected side.
