摘　　要：目的评估糖尿病患者在生化免疫检验中运用化学发光免疫测定技术进行检验的效果与价值。方法将2020年6月—2022年11月福建省级机关医院门诊检查明确诊断为2型糖尿病的患者90例设为观察组,另选择同期福建省级机关医院门诊健康体检排除糖尿病的体检者90例设为对照组。对两组经化学发光免疫测定技术处理后血清胰岛素以及C肽指标检验结果进行分析。以最终诊断结果为“金标准”,对化学发光免疫测定方法的准确度与特异性进行计算与分析。结果观察组血清胰岛素、C肽检出值分别为(7.89±1.01)mU/L、(1.67±0.23)ng/mL,高于对照组的(5.10±1.23)mU/L、(1.06±0.35)ng/mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化学发光免疫测定技术检验准确度为97.65%(83/85),特异性为100%(5/5)。结论糖尿病患者在生化免疫检验中应用化学发光免疫测定技术展开检验的临床效果确切,且具有准确度高以及特异性高的优势,可作为糖尿病临床早期诊断的重要方法,可进一步在实践中推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in biochemical immunoassay of diabetic patients.Methods From June 2020 to November 2022,a total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed by outpatient examination in Fujian Provincial Governmental Hospital were set as the observation group.In addition,a total of 90 patients who were excluded from diabetes in the outpatient health examination of Fujian Provincial Governmental Hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.The test results of serum insulin and C-peptide after chemiluminescence immunoassay were compared between the two groups,and the final diagnostic results were taken as the gold standard to calculate and analyze the accuracy and specificity of chemiluminescence immunoassay method.Results The detection values of serum insulin and C-peptide in the observation group were(7.89±1.01)mU/L and(1.67±0.23)ng/mL,respectively.Compared with the control group,(5.10±1.23)mU/L and(1.06±0.35)ng/mL were significantly higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology 97.65%(83/85)and specificity of 100%(5/5).Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay in biochemical immune test of diabetes patients has definite clinical effect,and has the advantages of high accuracy and high specificity.It can be used as an important method for early clinical diagnosis of diabetes,and can further popularized and applied in practice.
