解毒凉血汤+中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病血燥证的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨解毒凉血汤+中药药浴治疗对寻常型银屑病血燥证患者血清脂质运载蛋白-2(lipid carrier protein-2,lipocalin-2)水平等的影响。方法选取徐州市中医院2020年2月—2022年5月66例寻常型银屑病血燥证门诊患者作为研究对象。以投掷硬币法分为两组,其中参照组33例给予常规治疗,研究组33例给予解毒凉血汤+中药药浴治疗。对比两组血清相关因子水平、有效率和不良反应等。结果治疗后,研究组lipocalin-2水平、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-23、IL-17水平、治疗总有效率、银屑病面积与严重性指数(psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)评分优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率同参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床对寻常型银屑病血燥证患者采取解毒凉血汤+中药药浴方法展开治疗,可降低血清lipocalin-2水平并提高疗效,值得进一步大样本研究。Objective To investigate the effect of treating patients with blood dryness syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris with Jiedu Liangxue decoction+traditional Chinese medicine bath on serum lipid carrier protein-2(lipocalin-2)level.Methods Sixty-six outpatients with blood dryness syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris from February 2020 to May 2022 in Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects,after being divided by coin toss,33 patients in the control group received conventional treatment,33 patients in the study group were treated with Jiedu Liangxue decoction+traditional Chinese medicine bath.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The lipocalin-2 level,interleukin(IL)-23 level,IL-17 level,total effective rate of treatment,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of blood dryness syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris with Jiedu Liangxue decoction+traditional Chinese medicine bath may reduce the level of serum lipocalin-2,and improve the efficacy.Further large studies are warranted.
