摘 要:目的评价XW1000C联检全自动生化仪对献血者献血前脂血指数的筛查效果。方法回顾性分析青岛市中心血站2021年10—12月和2022年3—5月无偿献血者献血前筛查标本及血液情况。比较5个献血地点(A~E)开始使用XW1000C联检全自动生化仪后3个月与使用前上一年度同期脂血报废率,其中A~D地点从2021年10月开始使用XW1000C联检全自动生化仪,E地从2022年3月开始使用。比较2022年3—5月A~E献血地点(使用XW1000C联检全自动生化仪)和F~J献血地点(使用常规方法)脂血报废率。结果使用XW1000C联检全自动生化仪最初3个月的5个献血地点的脂血报废率和上一年度同期比分别从0.38%、0.24%、0.20%、0.37%、0.33%下降为0.08%、0、0.06%、0、0.28%。2022年3—5月使用该设备的A~E地点脂血报废率0.13%、0.14%、0.20%、0.29%、0.28%,低于使用常规筛查方法的F~J献血地点的脂血报废率0.48%、0.37%、0.39%、0.80%、0.62%。结论XW1000C联检全自动生化仪的应用降低了脂血报废率,提高血液利用率,提升了血液安全,降低了采供血综合成本。Objective To evaluate the effect of XW1000C combined automatic biochemical analyzer on lipid index of blood donors before blood donation.Methods The samples and blood conditions of unpaid blood donors before blood donation from Qingdao Blood Centre during October to December 2021 and March to May 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.The lipid scrap rate of 5 blood donation sites(A-E)3 months after the use of XW1000C combined automatic biochemical analyzer and the same period of the previous year was compared.Among them,the XW1000C combined automatic biochemical analyzer was used in sites A to D from October 2021,and site E from March 2022.The lipid scrap rates of blood donation sites A-E(using XW1000C combined automatic biochemical analyzer)and F-J(using conventional methods)were compared from March to May 2022.Results For the first 3 months after using the equipments,the ratios of five blood donation sites decreased from 0.38%,0.24%,0.20%,0.37%and 0.33%to 0.08%,0,0.06%,0 and 0.28%.From March to May 2022,the lipoblood abandonment rates at sites A to E were 0.13%,0.14%,0.20%,0.29%,0.28%,lower than those at sites F to J blood donation using conventional screening methods,which were 0.48%,0.37%,0.39%,0.80%,0.62%.Conclusion The using of XW1000C combined automatic biochemical analyzer can reduce the discarding rate of lipemic blood,improve the use of blood,assure the blood safety and reduce the comprehensive cost of blood collection and supply.
