差错管理对血站管理水平及血液质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究差错管理对血站管理水平及血液质量的影响。方法将宁德市中心血站质量管理科2020年2月—2022年2月实施差错管理前后的血站工作人员作为研究对象,2020年2月—2021年2月实施差错管理前30例为差错管理前,2021年3月—2022年2月实施差错管理后30例为差错管理后。比较管理前后血站管理质量水平、血液报废率、差错事件发生率与管理后不同血液储存期末溶血率。结果差错管理后血站管理质量水平高于差错管理前(P<0.05)。差错管理后血液报废率、差错事件发生率低于差错管理前(P<0.05)。差错管理后不同血液储存期末溶血率明显更好。结论差错管理对血站管理水平及血液质量有积极影响,有助于提高管理水平和血液质量,并降低血液报废率,减少差错事件。Objective To study the influence of error management on blood station management level and blood quality.Methods Blood bank staff before and after the implementation of error management in the department of quality management,Ningde Central Blood Station from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.The 30 cases before and after the implementation of error management were selected as before error management,and the 30 cases after the implementation of error management were selected as after error management.The management quality level of blood stations before and after the management,the blood scrap rate,the incidence of error events and the hemolysis rate at the end of different blood storage after the management were compared.Results The management quality level of blood station after error management was higher than that before error management(P<0.05).The blood scrap rate and the incidence of error event after error management were lower than those before error management(P<0.05).After error management,the hemolysis rate of different blood storage at the end of the period was significantly better.Conclusion Error management has a positive effect on blood battle management level and blood quality,which is helpful to improve the management level and blood quality,reduce blood scrap rate and reduce error events.
