摘 要:为了深入学习宣传贯彻党的二十大精神,强化人才是第一资源,人才建设刻不容缓,这亟须人事培训体系的建构。近年来医院的外部环境越来越复杂,面临诸多问题,尤其是公立医院的人事培训体系并没有与时俱进,体制构建尚未完善。本文通过PDCA循环理论,介绍公立医院人事培训体系,基于此提出相关思考规划,公立医院应从人力资源培训开发的理论基础出发,着力构建完善的人事培训体系,重视提高医院职工的整体素质,形成人才优势的条件下,不仅能够提高医院市场核心竞争力,还能构建良好的学习氛围,为医院发展输入新的力量,实现医院发展和职工的双赢,不断提高公立医院的竞争力,赢得更多的经济和社会效益,以实现医院的高质量发展。In order to deeply study,publicize and implement the party's twenty great spirit,strengthening talent is the first resource,talent construction is urgent,which urgently needs the construction of personnel training system.In recent years,the external environment of hospitals has become more and more complex,and faces many problems.In particular,the personnel training system of public hospitals has not kept pace with the times,and the system construction has not been perfect.Through the PDCA cycle theory,this paper introduces the public hospital personnel training system,based on the relevant thinking planning,public hospitals from the theoretical basis of human resources training development,strive to build a perfect personnel training system,attaches importance to improve the overall quality of the hospital staff,form the talent advantage under the condition,not only can improve the core competitiveness of the hospital market,but also can build a good learning atmosphere,input new strength,realize the hospital development and staff,constantly improve the competitiveness of public hospitals,win more economic and social benefits,in order to realize the high quality development of the hospital.
