摘　　要：目的建立同时测定红金消结片中4’-去甲基鬼臼毒素、槲皮素、鬼臼毒素和山柰素含量的有效方法。方法所选色谱柱是规格为5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm的Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱,流动相选择甲醇(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为290 nm和360 nm,进样量为10μL。结果4’-去甲基鬼臼毒素、槲皮素、鬼臼毒素、山柰素的进样量分在0.0496~0.4956μg(r=0.99998)、0.0106~0.1060μg(r=0.99999)、0.0428~0.4285μg(r=0.99994)、0.0109~0.1095μg(r=0.99999)之间与峰面积之间呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为99.07%、97.16%、98.89%、98.11%。结论该方法简便、准确、快速,重复性良好,可以用于红金消结片中4’-去甲基鬼臼毒素、槲皮素、鬼臼毒素、山柰素4种成分的同时测定,能为红金消结片的质量控制和临床应用提供依据。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin,quercetin,podophyllotoxin and kaempferol in Hongjinxiaojie tablets.Methods The determination was performed on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with mobile phase consisted of methanol(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(B).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelengths were 290 nm and 360 nm.The sample size was 10μL.Results The samples of 4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin,quercetin,podophyllotoxin and kaempferol were 0.0496-0.4956μg(r=0.99998),0.0106-0.1060μg(r=0.99999),0.0428-0.4285μg(r=0.99994),0.0109-0.1095.There was a good linear relationship between 1095μg(r=0.99999)and the peak area.The average recoveries were 99.07%,97.16%,98.89%and 98.11%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,rapid and reproducibility,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of 4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin,quercetin,podophyllotoxin and kaempferol in Hongjin Xiaojie tablets,which can provide the basis for the quality control and clinical application of Hongjin Xiaojie tablets.
