摘  要:将旭化成电解槽升级为旭化成西格玛电解槽,同时更换离子膜,改造后吨碱电耗下降约152 kW·h/t,共节电1 820万kW·h/a;将蓝星(北京)化工机械有限公司电解槽更换极网,同时更换离子膜,吨碱电耗下降约201 kW·h/t,节电5 000万kW·h/a。用约克机组替代溴化锂机组,节约过热蒸汽11.3万t/a。同时进行其他升级改造,优化控制模式等措施,实现降低能耗的目标。Asahi Kasei electrolyzers were upgraded to Sigma electrolyzers and the ion-exchange membrane was replaced at the same time,which decreased the power consumption per ton of alkali by about 152 kW.h/t and savd a total of 18.2 million kW.h/a.After replacing the electrode mesh and ion membrane of the electrolytic cell produced by Blue Star(Beijing)Chemical Machinery Co.,Ltd.,the power consumption per ton of alkali decreased by about 201 kW:h/t,saving 50 million kW·h/a.The replacement of lithium bromide unit with York unit saved 113000 t/a of superheated steam.At the same time,other upgrades,improvements,and optimization of control modes were carried out,achieving the goal of reducing energy consumption.
