摘　　要：文章围绕工程设计咨询企业面临的新环境,探讨了新形势下的组织创新问题。笔者系统运用案例分析法、规范研究法、文献分析法等,阐述了数字化时代组织创新的两大要求:“扁平化”和“自驱动”。丰富的理论分析加上翔实的案例分析,相信能够给行业内外的企业带来有益参考。The paper explores organizational innovation issues in the new environment faced by engineering design consulting enterprises.The author systematically uses case analysis,normative research,and literature analysis methods to elaborate on the two major requirements for organizational innovation in the digital era:"delayering"and"self-driven".The diversified theoretical analysis and detailed case studies in this study can provide useful references for enterprises both inside and outside the industry.
